The collaboration between Tsuburaya Productions and Marvel Publishing has generated two successful series so far, “The Rise of Ultraman” and “The Trials of Ultraman,” with a third series due for release in the Fall.

The success of the first generation of Ultraman stories has created a new stream of licensing categories, beginning with a smashing NFT program featuring the Ultraman Comics covers, which sold out in minutes on the VeVe platform.

In 2020, Marvel Publishing released the first in a series of ULTRAMAN comics to the delight of fans everywhere. With “The Rise of Ultraman,” Ultraman stepped back into the days of darkness where we first find terrifying Kaiju rampaging across Earth. The comic book world’s finest writers and artists have taken part in this project; Kyle Higgins and Mat Groom wrote book 1, which featured art by Francesco Manna with Michael Cho, and an iconic cover by Alex Ross.
